Return Policy
At Girlszone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, intimate apparel, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

- within 30 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely and ship it back.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- If you’d like a different size or color, let us know when requesting your return.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
