Shipping Policy
Welcome to Girlszone. Here’s how shipping works for orders within the United States.
Shipping time
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after your order ships.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Processing time
- Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
- During launches, promos, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay.
- Order tracking
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update with the carrier.
Shipping rates
- Calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and carrier rates.
- Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout.
Where we ship
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
- PO Boxes, APO/FPO: Eligible for delivery via USPS. Some items may not qualify due to size or weight.
Address issues
- Enter your address carefully. Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee edits.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.
Missed or delayed deliveries
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have the package, check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier.
- Weather, carrier volume, and holiday periods can affect delivery times.
Damaged or lost packages
- If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can help.
- We may request photos for claims with the carrier.
Split shipments

To get your items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost.

Dates listed on product pages are estimates. We’ll ship the full order when all items are in stock, or split the shipment when possible.
